This speaks for itself . It is amazing and in excellent condition for the age.  The middle was made to screw off and it does as intended.  Inscribed 1821 Philadelphia.  Probably had a small cork stopper at one point.  Small off centered ring for hanging.  Buying collectors don't miss out .
